Costco think it's acceptable to discrimate against disabled people. Make you feel humiliated and degraded, breaking UK Governmemt regulations by trying to make you wear a mask when your medically exempt due to disability. Absolute scumbag of a company, plain discrimination its unacceptable. I wouldn't bother spending anything with this company. Go some where else with better views of a customer.

We ordered a TV on 17th Apr. It took them 10 days to get in touch to offer us a delivery slot that we could not fit in so we asked them for another slot. No news since then. We called customer services twice. For the first time, they said they will contact the delivery service and come back to us. No one has come back yet. So we called again. This time, our complaint was taken to the 2nd level customer service - not sure what that even mean. Again, no news since last 2 days so seems like their 2nd level is equally as inefficient as the 1st level. So, overall, its been 16 days since we ordered TV and no sign of it yet. In this days and ages of currys and amazon who delivers in a matter of day(s), costco is failing to deliver a TV after 2 full weeks. When we talked to customer services, they were so unsympathetic and just asked us to wait while they resolve it ASAP. Seems like their urgency level is same as gravity on the mars (very low - just in case it wasn't clear).

Extermely poor customer serive
I wanted to return a DIVAN which i cannot get inside my firstfloor bed room and the customer service is not picking the phone
i don't think i want to be a online customer for COSTCO

Hi order large tv from costco on 10/4 with a delivery in around 5 days also with confirmation from kinetic logistic to arrange delivery but still could not get delivery date contacted costco on at least 5 occasionsstill without getting a delivery date so cancelled order on 21/4 told manager would be in contact still waiting ordered from currys on 21/4 at same price could have had delivered on 23rd but working tracking shows on van for delivery today 24th kept informed every step of the way costco management have a lot to learn was like dealing with amateurs will costco care dont think so

Workers of Costco are rude and try to make a new law that everyone needs to use mask and bully you inside the store! And saying to you if you can’t use mask ‘stay at home’ or ‘it’s our law’?!?!?! The mask suffocate people who as breathing problem, also they more exposed to risk, and sometimes is not an option...

My Wife had an awful experience when we attended the Costco store in Chester last week. My Wife cannot wear any form of face covering and had a lanyard explaining such. Despite this she was refused entry. She was treated awful and was told to wait to one side until a supervicer came. It was degrading, embarrasing and insulting.This is the first time in the UK we have had this ban applied during the last 12 months. Government guielines are very clear and they should not stop people entering their shops for this reason. Costco Senior Management should be ashmed treating people like this. Disgraceful.

Been a Costco member for over 10 years but have now cut up my card and will not be renewing.I was treated like an absolute pariah by the door Stasi at the Derby branch, because I am exempt from wearing a stupid pointless mask, despite having been in there a couple of days before with no issue. I think Costco should do a little reading up of the rules regarding disability discrimination, and the fines for the company involved that can be incurred. You have lost a loyal customer due to your unlawful discrimination. I have informed all my friends and family of how I was treated, and they too will no longer be shopping with you.For your information, masks are supposedly 'required' UNLESS you have a medical exemption. You have acted unlawfully in a discriminatory manner and I will be contacting head office. Perhaps those people who are too terrified to go shopping without a useless bit of rag on their face in case they catch a cold, should be the ones who stay at home and let the rest of us, with more than one brain cell on active duty, go about our lives as normal. If it wasn't for the masked up common sense/logic denying m0r0ns, you wouldn't know there's supposedly a (scam) 'pandemic'.

Due to the pandemic, it took Costco a month to get their act together with on-line shopping & delivery. No confirmation of a purchases, meats delivered at room temperature, a box of nine ordered was delivered as a bag of six, bread shelf life is questionable, receptionist with a 'who me care' attitude, but to their credit, probably because I was continuously in their face, I was given refunds or credits. That's typically not the way I like doing business.”

I have just finished writing a complaint to Costco about the mask policy at their Farnborough store when I thought to look at other reviews. It seems like I am not the only one who has had an issue. I am exempt from wearing a mask due to having a medical condition but they refused entry (totally against UK Government guidelines) unless I wore a face mask, they wouldn't even let me pull my scarf over my nose and mouth (something I was reluctant to do anyway but needed to buy food!). This is discrimination and like others, I have been a loyal customer for many years now but rethinking my renewal especially if they go down the route of vaccine passports for entry.

Disable people unwelcome. I went with my child who is mentally and physically not able child. He has no understanding of face mask and does not tolerate it. I was refused entry because of it!!!!! Ridiculous, callus and unthoughtful people!!!!! Tesco, sainsbury, asda and Morrisons way more human then the giant size stores. Thank you to our local supermarkets for not denying my son the right to choose according to his abilities! The arrogant staff a message to you this will come back one day and bite u! This was obvious disability and those who think we use this as an excuse well if there was one thing we can trade with you it would be your health!!!!

I always buy with confidence from Costco both in the warehouse and online. Great choice of products at good competitive prices. The website is easy to use and easy to navigate. The tracking and delivery information provided to customers is really impressive. Excellent customer service, any problems are quickly and easily sorted out.
